Summer is almost over, y'all 😭
August always feels like a strange in-between month. Half of us are still mentally out of office, the other half are already planning September, and somehow everyone needs “the latest numbers” before the week ends.
Which brings me to this month’s product update. Surprise, surpriseeee ✨
Let’s get into it. 🌟
You can now share any Socialinsider dashboard through a unique link and give someone a live, read-only view of the data.
This works for profile dashboards, benchmarks, and other dashboards inside your Socialinsider project.
The person opening the link does not need a Socialinsider account. They can view the dashboard and download the data as a report, but they cannot edit anything, access other dashboards, or make changes inside your account.
In other words: they get the visibility, not the keys.
→ Why you’ll care:

The shared link gives access only to the dashboard you choose and expires after five days, so the experience stays both useful and contained.
This is one of those updates that sounds small until you think about how much of reporting is actually sending, resending, downloading, attaching, explaining, and then sending again.
A dashboard should not become outdated five minutes after you share it. Now, it doesn’t have to.
Speaking of dashboards and reports, this is mostly a reminder that you can now use the Socialinsider dashboard in multiple languages. And the multi-language experience also extends to reports. 🌟
This means that the app experience is no longer locked only in English, making it easier for more teams to navigate their data, understand metrics, and work inside Socialinsider in the language that feels most natural to them.
