This month was all about removing confusion and replacing it with confidence, kind of like finally escaping the Upside Down of unclear metrics and confusing terminology (yes, I just binged Stranger Things, and yes, everything reminds me of it now). 🙃

We've tackled what matters most to you: from completely redesigning how we talk about profile limits to adapting to Meta's major API changes.

Let's dive into the Upside Down and explore the latest updates. 🎉

1. Facebook Views: Meta's Biggest Metrics Shift

Meta deprecated Impressions in favor of Views and Fans in favor of Followers. We've updated the entire platform to reflect Meta's new metrics.

Views count each time content is played or displayed, including repeat views. This makes exposure metrics more intuitive, especially for video and Reels.

→ What Changed

  • Impressions → Views across all Facebook metrics (Page Views, Post Views)
  • Fans → Followers everywhere in the product
  • Facebook Stories added as a new section for connected accounts
  • Reels Views replaces "Video Views" on Facebook

→ What You Should Do

Start using Views-based language in your reports and client communications. When explaining the transition, remember that Views represent actual content consumption, making them more meaningful than the old Impressions metric.

Note: All Facebook video content is now reel content. Reels Views are actuals from Meta. Competitor Reels Views are also showing the numbers from the native platform; other competitor post exposures remain estimated.

2. Monthly Replacements: Say Goodbye to "Swaps" Confusion

We've completely redesigned how we communicate profile management limits, replacing confusing terms with clear, action-oriented language.

→ The Problem

We know the old "swaps" system wasn't the clearest - honestly, it confused us too sometimes! We've been wanting to make this easier to understand for a while now, and this month we finally made some improvements that we hope will make things much simpler for all of us.

→ New Terminology

  • SwapsReplacements (monthly profile replacements)
  • Active profilesUsing (profiles currently active)
  • Deleted profilesUsed (profiles that have been deleted/replaced)
  • Empty slotsRemaining (profiles you can still add)

→ Key Improvements

  • Monthly replacements reset on your billing date (not rolling 30-day windows)
  • You can now buy additional replacements as add-ons (not just reset them)
  • Clear progress indicators show exactly where you stand

✌️ Why This Matters: No more math gymnastics to figure out your profile limits. The language now matches how you actually think about managing profiles.

Need More Flexibility?

If you need more capacity before your next reset, you have several options:

Reset Monthly Replacements: Pay a one-time fee to immediately reset your replacement quota without waiting for your billing cycle

Purchase Additional Monthly Replacements: Increase your monthly replacement limit as an add-on to your plan

Add More Profiles: Increase your profile capacity to track more profiles simultaneously
