Our mission is to provide enterprise-level data through innovative, easy-to-use, reliable tools for every marketing team that needs to make confident decisions.

Our #1 value - individually and as a team.
We stay curious, try new things, and learn as we go. Sometimes that means getting things wrong first — and that’s okay. What matters is that we keep improving, individually and as a team.

We’re naturally curious.
We question how things are done and ask, “Can this be better?” Sometimes the answer is simple. Sometimes it takes experimentation. Either way, we keep pushing for better solutions.

We like hard problems.
Instead of avoiding them, we break them down, ask questions, and look for smarter ways to solve them. Most of the time, the best solutions come from working together.

The best work happens when things just click
Flow is when purpose, focus, and collaboration come together. When everyone knows why they’re doing the work and enjoys doing it.

We try to do the right thing — even when it’s not the easiest thing.
We’re honest, we take responsibility, and we stay true to our values, especially when things get challenging.

Socialinsider started as a side project
Before that, Razvan, Andrei, and I were working together at Bitdefender, a cybersecurity company. We weren't planning to start a startup. We just wanted to build something useful for marketers

Our first idea was a social listening tool.
It didn’t work.
But while working on it, we released a free tool based on the most used feature our product had so far. It was focused on social media analytics.
Something interesting happened.
People kept using that new product. More than anything else we had built.
So we paid attention.
Instead of trying to force our original idea to work, we decided to focus on the thing people actually wanted. That’s how Socialinsider was born.
A friend at a marketing agency told us, "This is exactly what I`ve been looking for." We almost didn`t believe her. Her agency became one of our first paying customers.
Then came the part nobody warns you about: we knew how to build software, but we knew nothing about running a startup.
No playbook, no investors, no safety net.
We had to figure out marketing, sales, and product from scratch — while still shipping.

We ran two campaigns, landed the third best result in AppSumo's history at the time, and for the first time, we had enough budget to keep going.
Every bootstrapped founder knows what that moment means.
We're not chasing hypergrowth. We never were.
We're building something we're proud of, with a team that shares our values, for the social media teams who depend on us every single day.
The story is still being written.
